Post 1 Housing Support Worker – Flagship

Salary: £19,010. 29 gross per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location:  Flagship LHC

Post 2 Housing Support Worker – Flagship

Salary: £15,670.65 gross per annum

Hours: 30.5 hours per week

Location:  Flagship LHC

Post 3: Housing Support Worker – Flagship

(Initially 3 months Temporary Contract to cover maternity leave with possibility of becoming permanent)

Salary: £19,010. 29 gross per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location:  Flagship LHC

Flagship –working with young people aged from 16 up to 24 years of age. This exciting service is a consortium consisting of three partners, Leeds Housing Concern, Gipsil and Foundation Housing.

The service provides a pre-tenancy, accommodation and floating housing related support service to a wide range of clients.  There is a need for a flexible work pattern that encompasses a 9am-5pm core service, however, working in a person centred way which will include taking part in an on call service should any young person request to be seen after ‘core hours’

You must have particular regard to Safeguarding, Risk Assessment, Risk Management and development and implementation of support plans designed to provide meaningful choice and support to service users, ensuring they can obtain and access services to facilitate their move on to independent living.

Experience of working with this client group would be an advantage.
